Stars dub characters in Ben 10: Destroy All Aliens movie to air on TV5
TV5 Kids presents Ben 10: Destroy All Aliens, the first computer-generated TV movie of the well-loved Ben 10 series, with Kapatid stars Joey De Leon, Oyo Sotto and JC De Vera lending their voices to some of the movie’s major characters.
Airing this Saturday, May 5, at 9:00am, Ben 10: Destroy All Aliens presents a more adventurous Ben Tennyson, who embarks on an intergalactic exploration. The Tagalized movie features the voices of Joey De Leon as Grandpa Max, Ben’s mentor and grandfather who takes them on a summer road trip across the United States; JC De Vera as Four Arms, a humanoid alien armed with two pairs of four-fingered arms which can create destructive shockwaves; and Oyo Sotto as Retaliator, the Mecamorph armor-wearing alien who becomes Ben 10’s most challenging nemesis.
Based on the original animated Ben 10 series, the movie takes kids through Ben’s struggle with detention, school bullies and the dreadful fate of missing his fishing trip with Grandpa Max when grounded by his parents. Desperate times call for desperate measures as Ben jumps at the chance to escape from it all in an intergalactic weekend camp known as the Total Alien Immersion training program on the far side of the galaxy. Little does Ben realize the irreversible consequences of the program which sends him crashing back to earth stuck in his alien forms and battling new alien enemies.
Ben 10: Destroy All Aliens airs on TV5 at 9:00am on May 5 with a replay on May 6 at 3:30pm.
Oyo Sotto and Kristine Hermosa Welcome Ondrea Bliss
Actress Kristine Hermosa gave birth to a healthy baby girl on Monday. In a statement, Hermosa’s husband Oyo Sotto said their baby named Ondrea Bliss was born via normal delivery.
“Ondrea Bliss was born yesterday, December 26 through normal delivery at 11:49 p.m. Her weight is 2680 gm. Tin is okay and still recovering. She was brought to the hospital around 6 p.m. yesterday,” Sotto said.
Kristine Hermosa said Ondrea means “strong and courageous” while Bliss means “unmeasurable joy.” Sotto and Hermosa have a 3-year-old adopted son named Quiel.
I am so sure that they will relish the joys of parenthood and enjoy her smiles and watching her sleep on her baby custom mattress.

Valiente is the remake of the 5 year Classic / Epic drama leaded by Tirso Cruz III, Michael de Mesa and Glenda Garcia which originally offered by TAPE Inc., broadcast on ABS-CBN from 1992–1995 and transferred on GMA Network from 1995-1997. TV5 continues its primetime ventures with ‘Bangis,’ an exciting TV series that will offer Filipino families a good storyline anchored on valuing family, peers, animals and the environment beginning on Monday (July 4) after Wil Time Bigtime on TV5 Primetime Panalo.
A TV adaptation of the Carlo J. Caparas komiks novel ‘Matatalim na Pangil sa Gubat,’ Bangis introduces an array of characters led by Bangis, a giant but playful and gentle prehistoric creature that feels and thinks human. The TV series stars Oyo Sotto as Leon, a famed wild animal hunter who is on a mission to capture a giant crocodile who brings fears to Sitio Talim. The search prompted him to clash with but eventually get smitten by Danita Paner’s character Maya, an environmentalist who naturally despises those who harm the biodiversity like Leon. Read more
